These terms and conditions govern access to Capital Gains Research services, research reports, courses, and educational resources offered through this website.

By accessing or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge the statutory disclosures provided herein.

1. Regulatory Status

Capital Gains Research is an individual Research Analyst registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Registration Number INH000030986, operating from Hyderabad, Telangana.

2. Nature of Service & No Guaranteed Returns

All research reports, educational programs, and technical setups are prepared with diligence and intended to assist clients in understanding market dynamics. Capital Gains Research does not provide guaranteed returns, profit assurances, or risk-free investment promises. Investments in securities are subject to market risks.

3. Subscription & Banking Channels

  • All subscription fees must be paid exclusively via official banking channels (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or recognized payment gateway) in the registered name of Capital Gains Research.
  • Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable.

4. Client Responsibilities (Do’s & Don’ts)

  • Clients must keep their trading account credentials (login ID, passwords, MPIN, OTP) strictly confidential. Capital Gains Research will never ask for client demat/trading credentials.
  • Clients are responsible for evaluating their own risk profile and capital allocation before executing trades based on research calls.

5. Intellectual Property

All research reports, analytical notes, chart studies, and educational materials produced by Capital Gains Research are protected intellectual property. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized sharing of proprietary reports is strictly prohibited.

6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you have any grievance or dispute regarding our services:

  1. Direct Resolution: Email us at contact@capitalgainsresearch.com or call 6302692930. We resolve grievances within 21 to 30 days.
  2. SEBI SCORES 2.0: If unresolved after 30 days, file your complaint on https://scores.sebi.gov.in.
  3. SMART ODR: You may also initiate dispute resolution at https://smartodr.in.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, the SEBI Act, 1992, and applicable regulations. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
